Syabas999 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

01 Member Eligibility & Registration

Syabas999 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. syabas999 reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual found not to meet these requirements at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. syabas999 takes the protection of children and minors seriously and will carry out age verification where required.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• One account only: Each individual may hold only one active account at syabas999. Registering a second or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, or phone number used.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Non-syabas999 employees: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of syabas999 staff are not eligible to register as members.

02 User Accounts & Member Responsibilities

Your syabas999 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any financial transactions, bets placed or use of bonuses.

• Password security: You must keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times. syabas999 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Instant notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the syabas999 support team immediately via Live Chat or email.
• Latest information: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your account — including your phone number and email address — is kept up to date to facilitate communications and identity verification.
• Personal use only: A syabas999 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder. You may not use your account on behalf of another person, nor permit anyone else to use it.

Syabas999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals of RM 1,000 or more, or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Syabas999 only accepts and processes transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). All available payment methods are locally approved Malaysian options. syabas999 does not accept any foreign currency or international payment methods.

• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 per account (subject to additional verification for amounts exceeding this limit)

Syabas999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of terms. In such cases, syabas999 may request additional documentation before approving the withdrawal.

04 Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming at syabas999 — including Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, 4D/6D lottery, Blackjack, table games and Live Casino — is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each, available on our platform.

• Minimum bet: RM 1 per bet for most standard sports markets. Minimum limits for certain games may vary.
• Maximum bet: Maximum limits vary by game type, market type, and market conditions. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final decision: All betting outcomes determined by the syabas999 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• System errors: syabas999 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds or information published as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• Betting fraud: Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes, use automated bots, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

For Sports Betting, results are based on official outcomes from the relevant sporting body. For any result disputes, syabas999 will refer to recognised official sources of information.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Syabas999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses at syabas999 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated alongside each promotional offer.
• Validity period: All bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.

Syabas999's weekly cashback programme is calculated based on net losses over a seven-day period and is credited automatically every Monday. The minimum cashback amount eligible for crediting is RM 5. No wagering requirements apply to cashback unless otherwise stated.

06 Account Suspension & Closure

Syabas999 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or financial fraud
• The use of bot software, automated scripts or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards syabas999 staff
• Account closure at the member's own request

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the syabas999 support team. Once an account is closed at the member's request, all valid remaining balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days.

07 Responsibilities & Liability Limits

Syabas999 strives to keep the platform consistently available and running smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee a fully uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited in certain situations.

• Technical disruption: syabas999 is not liable for any losses incurred by members as a result of system outages, internet disruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Bet results: syabas999 is not responsible for unfavourable betting outcomes. Betting is a risk-based activity and all betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility.
• Third-party information: Statistical data, sports news, and match analysis provided on syabas999 are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. syabas999 does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.
• Total liability cap: Under no circumstances shall syabas999's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Members agree that use of the syabas999 platform is entirely at their own risk. syabas999 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the operation of the platform, including the accuracy of odds, availability of games, or continuity of service.

08 Responsible Gaming

Syabas999 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that sports betting and casino gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

• Deposit limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be reduced.
• Loss limit: Members may set a maximum loss limit for a defined period. Once this limit is reached, no new bets can be placed until the set period expires.
• Temporary suspension: Members may request to suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. During this period, the account cannot be used for any activity.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel the need to stop entirely may apply for a long-term self-exclusion. Once activated, this cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
